Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
Aura Wellness Studio LLC (“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our website and services (collectively, the “Website”) to do the same. It is our policy to:

Respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512; and

Terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Submitting a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that material available on or through the Website infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include all of the following information (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works on the Website are covered by one notice, a representative list of such works.

Identification of the infringing material that you believe to be infringing and enough information to allow us to locate the material (for example, the specific URL).

A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Your Counter-Notification must include:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California (since the Studio is located in Alameda County) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice or that person’s agent.
Send your Counter-Notification to the same Designated Agent listed above.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, the Studio may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
Misrepresentations
Please note that, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, it is our policy to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

The Studio reserves the right to modify or update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at [insert link to policy page].
