Class Formats

Classes at Aura Wellness are designed to offer variety and balance. We offer a mix of modalities so you can build a well-rounded routine in one place. Explore the schedule to find the classes that fit your goals, and expect more formats and sessions to be added as we continue to grow.   ​

Class Essentials:

  • Class Time: Standard classes are 45–50 minutes, and Express classes are 30 minutes.

  • Red Light Boosted: Select classes include red light + infrared therapy during movement to support recovery and restoration.

  • All Levels Welcome: Most classes are designed to be accessible with modifications offered throughout class.​
     

Class Formats: 

Pilates

  • Mat Pilates Flow: Traditional Pilates focused on breath, control, and alignment

  • Mat Pilates: Focuses on core strength, mobility, posture, and mindful movement

  • Mat Pilates HIIT Fusion: Higher-energy Pilates combining strength and cardio intervals

  • Pop Pilates: Music-driven Pilates blending traditional exercises with upbeat choreography 

Sculpt & Strength

  • Sculpt: Dynamic blend of Pilates, strength, and cardio intervals to build strength and tone.

  • Strength Flow: Strength-based movement combining resistance training and endurance

  • Strength Fusion: Balanced mix of strength, conditioning, and full-body movement 

 

Yoga

  • Vinyasa Yoga: Breath-led flowing sequences that build flexibility, focus, and energy

  • Hatha Yoga: Foundational yoga combining postures and breath to build balance and calm

  • Gentle Deep Stretch Yoga: Slow, grounding movement designed to release tension 

  • Yang Yoga: Energizing yoga focused on active movement, strength, and building heat

  • Yin Yoga: Slow, longer-held stretches designed to improve flexibility and promote relaxation

  • Restorative Yoga: Gentle, supported poses designed to encourage deep recovery

  • Power Yoga Foundations: Strong, energizing flow focused on building strength 

 

Sound Bath

  • Sound Bath: Guided relaxation paired with healing sound frequencies to support rest

 

Parents & Family

  • Infant & Me: Gentle movement with your baby to support bonding through mindful motion

  • Toddler & Me: Interactive movement designed for toddlers and parents to move together

  • Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga: Supportive yoga focused on recovery before and after birth

 

Cardio Dance

  • Zumba: High-energy dance fitness set to global rhythms for a fun cardio workout

  • BollyX: Bollywood-inspired dance fitness combining upbeat music and expressive movement
