Aura Wellness Studio is committed to providing a high-quality experience for all members and guests. To ensure fairness and availability, the following cancellation policy applies to all classes, sessions, appointments, memberships, packages, and events.

 

Class & Session Cancellations

• Cancellations for classes, sessions, or appointments must be made through the Mindbody App or another method designated by the Studio.

• Cancellations must be completed at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid penalties.

 

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations.

• Late cancellations may result in:

  • Forfeiture of the class or session OR

  • A late cancellation fee, at the Studio’s discretion.

 

No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend a scheduled class, session, or appointment and fail to cancel within the required time window, it will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows may result in:

  • Forfeiture of the class or session AND/OR

  • A no-show fee.

 

Workshops, Special Events & Pop-Ups

• Workshops, special events, pop-ups, and limited-capacity offerings may have separate cancellation windows.

• These events are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

 

Memberships, Packages & Promotions

• Memberships, class packs, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

• Unused classes or sessions do not roll over unless specified by the membership or package terms.

 

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

• Aura Wellness Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, sessions, or events due to:

  • Instructor unavailability

  • Facility issues

  • Safety concerns

  • Low attendance

  • Circumstances beyond the Studio’s control

In such cases, the Studio will provide reasonable notice and may issue:

• A credit

• A rescheduled session

• A refund, as appropriate

 

Refunds & Credits

• Any refunds, credits, or adjustments are issued solely at the Studio’s discretion, except where required by law.

• Credits may have an expiration date and are non-transferable.

 

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking a class, session, appointment, or purchasing a membership or package, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

Aura Wellness Studio reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our Website and App.
